- Partner with your Branch Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
- Explore sales leads identified by your branches recruitment team.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling, networking, and social media channels
- Set up meetings with prospective clients through value add communication
- Participate in social and industry events on behalf of our company
- Work with Executives in regards to goal tracking, sale tracking, and prospect development. Requirements
