This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing market and make a significant impact on patient care and business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing business relationships, and driving sales growth within assigned territories. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently. Duties Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and cold calling. Develop and maintain relationships with current and new clients through effective account management. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify potential business development opportunities. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that support direct sales efforts. Manage territory effectively to maximize sales potential and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Experience Proven experience in B2B sales. Medical device sales experience is preferred, but not required. Familiarity with territory management strategies and account management practices. Demonstrated success in lead generation and business development initiatives. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
