We’re currently seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Position Summary:
As a Granite and Quartz Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our brand—working directly with homeowners, contractors, designers, and builders to offer expert product advice and close sales. This role combines in-depth product knowledge with relationship-building and strategic selling. Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including builders, designers, and homeowners Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up Provide detailed product information, samples, and recommendations to match customer needs Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales Coordinate with fabrication and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products Experience Proven countertop sales experience is required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude Familiarity with granite, quartz, and natural stone surfaces is a must Valid driver’s license Ability to read blueprints or design specs is a plus
