What You’ll Do:

Conduct full property inspections—including attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops. Build genuine relationships with homeowners and present customized solutions. Confidently present packages, explain quotes, and close deals . Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat. Upsell services when appropriate to maximize value for both the client and the company. Climb roofs when needed to assess issues first-hand.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in sales or customer service is a plus—but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A natural problem-solver who listens first and responds with smart, honest solutions. Confidence in negotiating and resolving concerns respectfully and effectively. Bilingual in English and Spanish? That’s a big advantage . Familiarity with CRM software (we’ll train you if needed). Self-starters who take ownership of their work and results—you truly are your own boss.
