Job Description:

We are seeking self-motivated, socially-savvy, and well-connected individuals to join our growing sales team. As an Independent Sales Representative, you will promote our curated salon packages and luxury services using branded content provided by us. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity—perfect for those who enjoy flexible work and are naturally skilled at networking and personal brand building.

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell salon service packages through social media, word-of-mouth, or personal connections Share a personalized booking code to track referrals and apply discounts Represent the One Two Six Salon brand with professionalism and brand-aligned messaging Use provided marketing materials to ensure consistent brand presentation Track your own outreach and engagement efforts Compensation (Commission Structure): Tiered Commission is paid on each package sold

Requirements:

Must be 18+ and eligible to work as a 1099 contractor in the U.S. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using social media or in-person outreach to promote services Sales experience preferred but not required Interest in beauty, wellness, or luxury lifestyle is a plus
