Our services include Shared Sales Representatives, Key Account Management, Expansion, and Retail Marketing services. We are on the hunt for our next Spirit Sales Specialist! Role Description The Spirit Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashville, TN. This role will focus on driving sales in the spirits category, building relationships with wholesale partners, retail accounts, and consumers to ensure brand growth and visibility. The Spirit Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting tastings and promotional events, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: Actively selling and promoting a variety of spirits to retail accounts, higher-end restaurants, and on-premise venues Planning and executing in-store tastings, promotional events, and trade shows to increase brand awareness Conducting staff training sessions at accounts to ensure thorough product knowledge and proper brand representation Visiting 30-40 accounts per week to ensure product availability, visibility, and develop strong relationships with buyers Utilizing CRM (VIP KARMA) to track and monitor sales as well as report on achievements Attending sales meetings and submitting weekly recaps to leadership Meeting/exceeding monthly KPIs and sales goals
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience selling spirits Proven ability to build relationships with wholesalers and retailers, particularly higher-end on-premise establishments and venues Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets Comfortable selling a variety of spirits and adapting to meet the different needs of customers Experience with CRM software, preferably
VIP KARMA
Ability to work nights, weekends, and flexible hours for tastings, trainings, and promotional events Expert knowledge of the Greater Nashville market Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
