What You’ll Do:

Meet with homeowners in person to offer roofing solutions Work with pre-scheduled appointments from our in-house marketing team Close deals and manage customer relationships through the sales process Use provided digital canvassing tools to help build your pipeline

What We’re Looking For:

Sales and/or roofing experience is a plus Willingness to learn and retain new information strong communication and people skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Experienced reps should be ready to plug and play with minimal onboarding

Compensation & Perks:

Entry-Level Reps:

$500•1,000/week base pay 5% commission on sales Senior Reps (Proven Experience/Roofing Sales): $1,000/week base pay 10-12% commission Monthly vehicle stipend Company vehicle available after $500K in yearly sales Sign-on bonuses can range: $1,250•2,500 Top Performer Package can include: $52,000/year base 10% commission on company leads 12% commission on self-sourced leads $400/month car allowance

education: Bachelors Responsibilities Conduct In-Person Sales Appointments Attend scheduled appointments set by the marketing team Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and present solutions Build trust and guide clients through the sales process Generate & Manage Leads Use company-provided digital canvassing tools to generate additional leads Maintain and update your lead pipeline in the CRM Follow up on warm and cold leads to maximize sales potential Present Roofing Services & Close Deals Clearly explain roofing products, services, warranties, and pricing Create and present estimates or proposals to potential customers Overcome objections and close sales on-site or through follow-up Maintain Accurate Records Track appointments, follow-ups, and sales activity Ensure contracts and documentation are completed accurately and submitted on time Travel to Local Job Sites Drive to residential locations for in-person sales Conduct roof inspections as needed (training provided) Stay Informed & Continually Learn Attend training sessions and sales meetings Stay updated on roofing industry trends, products, and company offerings Adapt sales strategies to match lead sources (company-provided vs. self-generated) The essential functions of this role include:
