What You’ll Do:

Identify and cold-call potential clients, including home builders, general contractors, and remodelers Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders to secure cabinetry projects Generate and follow up on leads to provide estimates and close deals Conduct on-site visits to job sites, contractor offices, and networking events Communicate effectively with our in-house team to ensure seamless order fulfillment Meet and exceed sales targets with a competitive commission structure

What We’re Looking For:

Requirements for Outside Sales Representatives for Kitchen and Bath Cabinets, Flooring, Plumbing Fixtures, Countertops, and More We are excited to discuss the opportunity of hiring a skilled outside sales representative to promote and sell our high-quality kitchen and bath cabinets, flooring, plumbing fixtures, countertops, and other related products. Our target customers include general contractors, restoration companies, interior designers, and realtors. We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a deep understanding of the industry and possess strong relationship-building skills. Below are the key qualifications and requirements for this position: 1. Industry Knowledge & Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the kitchen and bath cabinetry or construction industry. In-depth knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinet products, installation processes, and design considerations. Familiarity with construction project timelines and the ability to recommend products based on contractor specifications and budgets. 2. Sales Skills & Proven Track Record A strong background in outside sales, with a proven ability to generate new business and maintain existing client relationships. Ability to identify client needs and match products to those requirements effectively. Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts, closing sales, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. 3. Communication & Customer Service Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with general contractors, project managers, and other key decision-makers. Professional demeanor with the ability to effectively address client concerns and inquiries. Availability for client meetings, site visits, and product consultations, with flexibility in scheduling as needed. 4. Technical & Organizational Skills Proficiency in using CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales progress. Ability to present product samples, layouts, and other design materials clearly and effectively. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and project timelines efficiently. 5. Self-Motivation & Independence Ability to work independently and manage a territory with minimal supervision. Strong self-starter, motivated by achieving sales goals and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. 6. Additional Requirements Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client sites and project locations. Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including internal design, production, and logistics teams, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and product knowledge sessions. Proficiency with cabinet design software such as 20/20 or Pro-Kitchen. Ability to field measure a project and read construction blueprints. 7. Compensation This is a straight commission sales position, earning up to 7% of the sale, with uncapped earning potential.
