We are looking for an Outside Sales Rep to manage the Dalton, GA area and offer a Competitive Base Salary + Monthly Car/Cell Phone Allowance + Monthly Commissions. DAILY ACTIVITIES
are: Researching and prospecting new customers Cold calling to influence potential commercial customers to choose CWS for their waste/recycling solution business partner Using consultative selling to identify needs and solutions Presenting a comprehensive customer solution Negotiating and closing the deal Conducting post-sale administrative work to ensure customer onboarding is successful and seamless Prospecting, cold calling, selling, and closing new business deals is approximately 90-95% of your daily activities. Approximately, 5-10% of your daily activities involve managing our current customer base. This includes, service changes, inquiries, ownership changes, location closures, etc. May require travel to area businesses, multiple sites including transfer stations and/or landfills Outside Sales Representative
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High School Diploma, GED and/or equivalent work experience. An Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing is preferred
Years of Experience:
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of related experience. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Solid Waste and/or a service-related industry is preferred.
