Outside Sales Representative – Window Treatments Ladybug Blinds LLC Chattanooga, TN 37408 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team specializing in custom window treatments, including blinds, shades, shutters and drapery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong interpersonal skills and a track record of closing sales in a client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations to assess clients window treatment needs and offer design solutions. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and company provided appointments. Educate clients on available products, fabric options, motorization, and installation processes. Accurately measure windows and provide quotes based on clients selections. Prepare and submit sales orders, follow up with clients, and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Designers, installers, and customer service to ensure seamless project execution. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics. Attend product training, team meetings and industry events as required. Qualifications 1+ Year of outside sales experience is (preferred but not required) preferably in window treatments, home improvement, or interior design. Strong design sense and ability to recommend aesthetically pleasing solutions. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Proficient in measuring and basic math skills; training will be provided. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Comfortable using CRM software and mobile devices.
