What You’ll Do:

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients Identify client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions Manage a pipeline of leads and follow through to close sales Use social media, networking, and referrals to generate new business Conduct consultations in person, over the phone, or via virtual meetings Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activity Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless client experiences Stay current on insurance products and market trends
