Qualifications Preferred 3 years of experience in a freight brokerage or third-party logistics environment Preferred 3 years of experience in customer service and sales. Required minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role. Proven track record bidding and quoting RFP, RFQ, RFI and Awarding Contracts Proven track record on freight movements; monthly and annual volumes and revenues. Experience in managing a team of 3 or greater employees. Knowledgeable in over-the-road trucking (TL and LTL modes) Knowledgeable in Flatbed, Dry Van, Refrigerated, and Over-Dimensional freight. Knowledgeable on Load Boards (Truckstop and DAT) Knowledgeable in TMS and EDI systems Preferred Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Responsibilities Supervise and manage team.
