We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to join us as a Telecommunications Sales Trainee. This position will be engaging directly with customers, addressing concerns, identifying opportunities for sales, and supporting the rest of the sales team with the creation of outreach campaigns. The daily responsibilities of the Telecommunications Sales Trainee are: Engage with customers directly, building conversations, and exploring the different products and services we offer and how they can be tailored to suit their telecommunication needs. Identify the opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products to customers, informing them of promotions, bundles, and pricing advantages, driving sales and increasing revenue. Provide customers with a positive experience, receive customer feedback, and help create better strategies to enhance the customer service experience. Attend company-wide training sessions to develop product knowledge, enhance sales and customer service techniques, and share best practices with other Sales Trainees. Telecommunications Sales Trainee:

A high school diploma is required for this position. 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail sales, customer service, and account management. Active listening skills to understand customer needs and strong communication skills to convey information and offer solutions. Basic understanding of the telecommunications industry, technologies, and customer service. Easily build genuine rapport with customers and peers, able to work with people from diverse backgrounds. Driven by improvement, self-development, and exceeding sales goals.
