Work Schedule:
This position requires availability Monday through Saturday , with Sundays and one additional weekday off . Candidates must be able to maintain a consistent and reliable schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences Present vehicle features, warranties, and financing options clearly and professionally Maintain expert knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions Build lasting relationships through excellent customer service and consistent follow-ups Consistently achieve or exceed individual monthly sales goals
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of automotive sales experience (required) Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and self-motivated attitude Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Willingness to work a Monday-Saturday schedule with Sundays and one weekday off
