Job Description

Bilingual Insurance Sales Consultant Carlos Insurance Agencies Knoxville, TN 37919 We are seeking a highly motivated, bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Insurance Agent to join our growing team. Whether you’re licensed or looking to start a career in insurance, we provide the tools, training, and support needed to succeed. This position involves helping individuals and families find the best coverage options for their needs while delivering excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

Educate clients on various insurance products including life, health, auto, home, and more Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable coverage options Conduct policy reviews and assist with claims and policy updates Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent communication Maintain accurate client records and stay compliant with all industry regulations Collaborate with team members to meet individual and company goals Translate documents and interpret conversations for Spanish-speaking clients, as needed

Qualifications:

Must be fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) High school diploma or equivalent required Insurance license preferred but not required – we provide training and licensing support Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer and CRM software proficiency
