- Office Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving outbound sales efforts, maintaining and nurturing client relationships, and supporting the office’s day-to-day operations.
This dual-role position requires a professional with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering results. You will engage with potential clients through outbound calls, set appointments, and ensure a smooth sales cycle while also assisting in coordinating office tasks and workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients, introducing JAN-PRO’s services and securing appointments. Track and maintain sales leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and progression through the sales cycle. Coordinate office operations, including scheduling, customer communications, and general office administration. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless client interactions and service delivery. Assist in preparing sales reports, maintaining databases, and managing customer inquiries. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally. Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service (1-2+ years preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and polished demeanor. Strong persuasive abilities and a natural talent for setting sales appointments. Detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up and tracking skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Industry experience in commercial cleaning is a plus, but not required. A team player with a proactive mindset and a desire to contribute to a growing organization.
