Award-Winning Real Estate Team Seeks highly driven AppointmentSetters / Real Estate Assistants to follow up with Motivated Sellerand Buyer Leads and convert them to appointments for Outside SalesTeam Members. Base pay plus Commission!! All equipment is provided for you! Allyou need to get on your own is your real estate license! Book at least 3 appts per day, you’ll earn $80,000 to $95,000 peryear! We are a company that believes in training up front and coachingforever, so even if you have never been in real estate, If you’ve got the drive and willingness to learn, we have thetraining and coaching systems to support you in achieving yourfinancial goals and success! Eligible for Health benefits, SEP Fund, Paid Time Off, and VacationDays after 90 days. Set 40 40-hour work week!
- Available shifts: 9
- 5 pm OR 10:30
- 6:30 pm
- Must work at least (2) 10:30
- 6:30 pm shifts per week, forwhich you will earn an additional (4) PTO days per year!
- (1) Saturday 10
- 6 pm per month required (of the Wednesdayprior)
- (10) PTO Days + (4) Additionally Earned PTO Days and (7) MajorHolidays paid
- PTO days are annually prorated
Responsibilities:
- No cold prospecting. Call back property inquiries andrequests
- Set appointments for our outside sales team
- No marketing or advertising necessary
- All buyer and seller leads supplied
Qualifications:
- Must have or be willing to obtain your real estate license
- Must have previous Sales Experience
- Computer knowledge
- A great attitude. Some customer service sales callingexperience
- Good phone etiquette. Organized and highly motivated
- Self-disciplined.
Able to follow directions
