They will also perform outbound calls and emails to potential customers to qualify them as sales leads for our offerings. Essential Functions Answer phones and digital leads Enter data into CRM and follow up with sales Research leads to provide thorough data to sales Cold call potential and current customers to help set appointments for Account Executives Confidence working in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, etc.) Competencies Oral communication
