Position Summary:

Lead Generators find potential new clients by traveling to predetermined residential neighborhoods and going door to door offering a

FREE, NO OBLIGATION LAWN CARE CONSULATION.

They will answer questions, overcome objections as needed, and record client information

• meeting individual goals set by the Sales Manager.

The majority of this position is performed outside. This is a Part-Time to full time position with hours ranging from 25 to 33.

Qualifications:

Must be over 18, over 21 to drive company vehicles. Valid Driver’s License Pass a drug screening and background check Good Attendance Basic knowledge of Android software Excellent Communication Skills Previous experience in customer service an asset Ability to work in a results-oriented environment Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
