Position Type:
Full-time, Immediate Hire Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM
- 5:00 PM (Field-based, Regional Role)
Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
Drive New Business
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in the heavy equipment rental market within your assigned territory. Nurture Existing Accounts
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term customer loyalty and continued sales growth. Sales Target Achievement
- Manage your sales pipeline efficiently to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Client Relationship Management
- Establish rapport and trust with clients, understanding their needs to tailor solutions that support their success. Market Expansion
- Grow market share by identifying new trends, opportunities, and key players within your region.
Position Requirements:
Proven Sales Experience
- Direct sales experience in outside sales within the equipment rental, construction, or building material industries is preferred. Self-Motivated & Target-Driven
- Must be a self-starter with a hunter mentality who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Strong Organizational & Communication Skills
- Manage leads, sales pipelines, and customer follow-ups with attention to detail and precision. Relationship Builder
