Key Responsibilities:

Execute marketing and sales campaigns to enroll new customers on behalf of our clients Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to existing customers Assist customers through the enrollment process, introducing them to tailored product solutions Build a thorough understanding of client products and services to make personalized recommendations Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care Exhibit leadership by maintaining high performance standards and mentoring peers

Qualifications:

Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus (but not required) Previous experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles preferred Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills Natural people-person with an ability to connect and build rapport Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, team-driven environments Passion for leadership, education, and growth
