Duties Meet with customers on preset / pre-qualified appointments to demonstrate our products and inform customers about our company Demonstrate products through engaging product demos to enhance customer understanding and interest. Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies to effectively assist customers. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist in supervising junior staff members when necessary, fostering a collaborative team environment. Perform retail math calculations as needed to ensure accurate pricing and discounts for customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to create an inviting shopping atmosphere. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. Proficient in cash register operations and cash handling procedures. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Experience in upselling techniques that enhance the customer purchasing experience. Supervisory skills to lead and mentor team members effectively when required. Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations that captivate customer interest.
