We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dump truck and aggregate and equipment hauling services team. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our fleet of dump trucks for construction, excavation, landscaping, and hauling projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and convert prospects into long-term clients Promote and sell dump truck services to contractors, developers, municipalities, and other commercial clients Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand transportation and hauling needs Prepare estimates, bids, and proposals for hauling projects Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track sales activities using CRM software Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and fleet managers to ensure timely service delivery Stay up to date on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies Attend networking events, trade shows, and construction-related functions

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, logistics, or trucking industry Strong understanding of dump truck operations and services Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets Ability to read and understand job and site specifications, maps, and basic contracts Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms Valid driver’s license; ability to travel locally

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with construction contractors or municipal contracts Familiarity with DOT regulations and local hauling permits Existing network in construction or heavy equipment industry
