Job Description:
Drip into Wellness is seeking a motivated, self-starting Sales Representative to help grow our IV hydration and wellness service business throughout Knox County. This role involves cold calling , visiting businesses in person , and building strong relationships to secure pop-up events and corporate wellness partnerships. You’ll be the face of a growing wellness brand and play a direct role in expanding our mission to bring energy, immunity, and hydration support to workplaces, festivals, and community events. Responsibilities Cold call and visit businesses and gyms in-person to build partnerships Secure pop-up wellness events or corporate wellness days Educate businesses and clients on Drip into Wellness services Follow up with leads and convert to bookings Represent the brand professionally in the community Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Uphold phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance. Requirements Proven experience in sales or customer service Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction. Outgoing, confident, and people-oriented Strong relationship-building skills Sales experience preferred and highly encouraged but not required Interest in health, wellness, or healthcare a plus Reliable transportation and ability to work locally A positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Compensation:
