Job Description:
Join our Hemp Division as a Sales Representative Overlay, where you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our products. We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic individual eager to develop strong customer relationships and expand business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
- Identify and develop opportunities for increasing customer business.
- Leverage data to enhance sales performance and meet company goals.
- Develop a sales pipeline to increase revenue beyond current business levels.
- Plan and execute strategic account visits to maximize sales opportunities.
- Tailor sales strategies to align with customer growth plans and buying styles.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive products.
Planning & Preparation:
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and launching new products.
- Assist in coordinating and executing brand and market strategies.
Execution:
- Achieve monthly sales targets and promotional objectives.
- Ensure product rotation standards are maintained in all accounts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year of sales experience; additional customer service experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with the industry and a strong passion for our products.
- Excellent time management and self-motivation.
- Customer-centric, service-oriented approach.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and confident communication skills.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
