We are looking for an individual that is a self-starter and energetic to develop estimates and grow our business for our fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial company. Year-end compensation (Base + Commission) for this position is between $75k
- $100k first year.
Job Summary:
Work with existing customers and also on opportunities generated through our National Accounts division Market your efforts through prospecting, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and sell commercial/industrial roofing projects Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports to management Visit client’s facility, build business relationships and present information about CentiMark Corporation Occasional overnight travel during weekdays
Candidate Qualifications:
Previous construction or industrial sales experience is Required Experience in outside sales and territory management is Required Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is preferred Experience in growing market share Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities Excellent time management and follow-up skills
