Compensation:
B ase of $40,000 annually incentiveopportunities with uncapped commission potential. On TargetEarnings in this role are $70,000 – $100,000. Locations include :
Bloomington, Edina, Wayzata, White Bear Lake, Roseville andadditional Walser locations around the Twin Cities metro.

Responsibilitiesinclude:
Guide customers through the sales process by providingvehicle information, answering questions, and offering solutionstailored to their needs. Track customer interactions and salesprogress using internal systems and CRM tools. Meet or exceed salesgoals and contribute to overall team performance. Collaborate withother departments to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to serviceor delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma orequivalent required 1 year of experience in a sales,customer-facing, or service-oriented role Quick to learn and adaptto new sales technologies and CRM tools Goal-oriented with strongcommunication and relationship-building skills Motivated,adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, in-personenvironment Have a valid driver’s license and acceptable drivingrecord Upon completing the application, you will be prompted tocomplete our HAALO inventory.
