Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
• Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information
• Perform data entry tasks to update customer profiles and track interactions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is required
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills
