Job Description

Inside Sales Representative Apex Moving + Storage 120 Timberline Drive, Spring Hill, TN 37174 Overview We are looking for a highly motivated, values-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role serves as a foundational sales position, designed to grow into a mid-level inside sales role over time. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries, setting appointments, cold calling when appropriate, redirecting calls to the appropriate departments, and supporting the broader sales pipeline. Basic Responsibilities:

Answer incoming sales and customer calls with Excellence, ensuring each interaction reflects professionalism, product knowledge, and a solutions-first mindset. Basic Requirements:

1+ year of experience in a sales, customer service, or call center environment preferred. Excellent phone communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence. Comfort with cold calling and appointment setting. Ability to work independently and with a team (Community). Strong organizational and time-management skills (Excellence). Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools. A mindset of accountability, growth, and ethical conduct (Integrity). Availability during core business hours and occasional flexibility based on team needs.

Work Environment:
