Sales Representative Everlast Epoxy Systems, Inc. 803 South Garden Street, Columbia, TN 38401 Everlast Epoxy Systems is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Columbia, TN . This is a hybrid inside/outside sales role —you’ll be handed daily leads from our marketing engine, but we also expect you to roll up your sleeves and generate your own opportunities. We do our part to improve the health of the Public by providing the cleanest, healthiest, and safest flooring in many businesses and facilities they frequent – so that when they frequent a restaurant, clinic, recreational, or other public facility that the place has clean floors resulting in clean food to eat and clean air to breathe . We know that a hard to clean or porous floor is a breeding ground for bacteria, germs, and viruses which can get kicked or blown up into the air and both spread airborne diseases and contaminate food.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Following up on warm leads from inbound marketing (phone, Zoom, email). Developing and nurturing your own pipeline through outside sales efforts ( don’t worry—we’ll provide guidance and training on how to do this ). Building strategic relationships with General Contractors, Facility Managers, Installers, and Business Owners . Creating custom solutions for customers needing high-performance epoxy flooring . Managing your sales pipeline and follow-ups through our CRM ( Go High Level ) to stay organized and maximize conversion. Meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals with full support from a proven team.
Who You Are:
A high-energy, persuasive communicator with a strong phone and Zoom presence. Responsive, proactive, and relationship-oriented . Experienced in B2B sales—this is not an entry-level role . Able to prove past sales success—we’ll want to see performance metrics from your previous role. Excited by the chance to earn best-in-class commissions based on your effort and results.
