We are seeking Sales Solutions Support Specialists to join a well-established health insurance company, local to Columbia, TN! Do you have previous exceptional customer service experience? work hours: 7 AM – 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities The Sales Solutions Support Specialist is responsible for the entering new applicant
information into the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) and notifies
applicants of missing or additional information needed to complete the application process
for those that have applied with a Sales Solutions Agent or through the online
application.

• Know the details of all plans and guidelines we offer for our plan and partnering state plans.
• Articulate and communicate well over the phone;
• Have a team mentality by working well, being punctual and being respectful to co-workers and Leadership;
• Understanding and learning the functions of how to use the computer programs: Salesforce, Outlook, Filenet, CSP, Company Websites, Membership websites, Facets,Confluence, Cisco, WebEx;
• Work overtime if needed during busy season; Be flexible with your schedule
• Learn the basics of how each department within our company works; The essential functions of this role include:
