This role is ideal for individuals who are entrepreneurial, goal-driven, and interested in future agency ownership. Key Responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance and financial products. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Mentor under a current State Farm Agent with the opportunity to become an agent. Qualifications Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to obtain or currently possess a property & casualty license and life & health license (licensing assistance may be provided). Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
