The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales by effectively managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and supporting the dealership’s sales efforts. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for the automotive industry, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times. Assist customers with their needs related to vehicle sales, service appointments, and general dealership information. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to support inventory control and manage vehicle availability for prospective buyers. Utilize retail math skills to assist customers in understanding pricing and financing options. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth within the dealership. Engage in public speaking opportunities during events or presentations to promote dealership services and offerings. Provide bilingual support as needed to cater to a diverse customer base. Requirements Previous experience in a dealership environment or automotive sales is preferred but not mandatory. Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. Familiarity with retail sales processes and inventory management is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as it enhances customer engagement.
