Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Sales Coordinator to join our team in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Coordinate scheduling and calendar management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Support sales efforts by maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking client interactions.
  • Organize and execute administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Participate in on-site training sessions to gain in-depth knowledge of insurance policies and procedures.
  • Handle inquiries from clients and prospects professionally, addressing concerns and offering solutions.
  • Generate reports and maintain records to support organizational goals.
  • Contribute to the agency’s marketing efforts, including banner ad creation and Salesforce campaigns. Requirements
