- from audio systems to remote starters and customaccessories.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers,guiding them through our products and services while delivering atop-notch experience. If you love cars, sales, and helping peoplebring their vision to life, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with walk-in customers, listen to their needs,and recommend the right products and services
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of car audiosystems, alarms, lighting, remote starters, and more
- Provide accurate quotes, create work orders, and coordinatewith the install team to ensure a seamless experience
- Follow up with customers and build lasting relationships thatkeep them coming back
- Stay up to date on new products, trends, and technology in the12V industry
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of retail or automotive sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- you’recomfortable talking to anyone
- Passion for vehicles, electronics, and aftermarketcustomization
- Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented with a focus on customersatisfaction
