In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of our services (grading, utilities, concrete, & landscaping) within your designated territory. Your expertise in inside sales and account management will be crucial in building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively. Duties Conduct inside sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales. Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for growth within the territory. Perform product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our construction services. Engage in direct sales efforts to expand market presence and increase revenue. Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance product visibility and drive sales. Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or heavy equipment industry. Strong background in inside sales and account management with a focus on B2B relationships. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Proficiency in conducting product demos and presentations that resonate with potential customers. Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
