Job Summary:
The Inside Sales role will expect some professional experience in sales. Fields client-initiated sales opportunities and seeing that orders are effectively and courteously handled. Typical responsibilities include discovering client needs, connecting people to policies and services, and introducing upsell opportunities. Required to have the necessary insurance license(s).
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with both carriers and clients in a timely and professional manner Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverages Placement and negotiation on appropriate accounts Provide technical support to Producer; specifically in analyzing client needs Work with Producers and Account Managers on identifying recommended markets Establish and recommend appropriate coverages on new submissions Gather additional information for supplemental applications required to obtain quotations Obtain quotes from markets, following up rigorously with carriers to ensure new quotes are delivered on a timely basis Review accuracy of quotes to discuss with prospects for sale Bind and issue policies in carrier portal Track individual marketing activities in Epic with full applications & open activities Organize and appropriately prioritize workflow •This description is not meant to be all-inclusive and may be modified from time to time at the discretion of management•

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent is required Must possess a current TN License (Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal) 3+ years of insurance experience is preferred Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Proficient computer skills with agency management software systems, preference for experience with
