Job OverviewThe Local Sales Representative role will have the primary responsibility of delivering the business plan for the assigned group of customers within their assigned geography. The Local Sales Representative will support the Area Sales Manager of On-Premise and play a critical role in the profitable growth of their assigned account base within their respective markets. This role will lead, initiate and prepare all contract negotiations in partnership with the Area Sales Manager that will be presented and shared with customers.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesDelivers the key metrics goals (Volume, DNGP, Revenue, and Other Initiatives) for assigned customer base by identifying and executing against both CCCI and customer prioritiesExpands customer growth through new business acquisitionsDevelops and establishes trusting relationships with each customer that enables the LSR to influence their purchasing decisions; implement Look of Success (LOS)Identifies the optimal mix of packages and brands for each outlet based on beverage categories and consumer, account needsPerforms timely business reviews with each customer to identify customer needs (gaps) and present solutions back to Management for review and approvalIdentifies volume trends, brand, package voids, and the opportunity for new products as availableMaintains accountability for preparing and planning an effective and efficient process for time spent in the market with customersDevelops a plan that delivers an adequate balance of time in the market with customers and time spent conducting administrative dutiesCollaborates with multiple cross-functional partners (Customer Care Center, Field Operations, Equipment Services, Retail Sales) to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and supportPrepares Business Reviews for customer presentation; Creates and Constructs Contract documents to be shared with and signed by customersAssembles all data and populates information into all customer evaluations (EVA’s) in preparation for management approvalMaintains accountability for timely and successful completion of all assigned capabilities training courses throughout the yearKnowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesStrong selling skillsStrong communication skills both electronically and verballyStrong computer (Office, IOS) skills needed for use of technology and devicesProficient in Office-based platforms around PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook neededStrong planning, organization, and administration skill are a mustFrequent driving and walking most of the day.
