We’re a thriving cleaning service company seeking a full-time Remote Dispatcher to join our dynamic team! This is a fully remote, contract position with 40-45 hours per week, starting pay $17/hour (BOA) plus bonuses via weekly direct deposit. Pay to be reassessed in 90 days.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate schedules and keep our technicians motivated and on track. Deliver top-notch customer service to ensure happy clients. Manage calls with energy and efficiency to keep operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven phone experience (dispatch or customer service preferred). Familiarity with Housecall Pro or Service Titan CRM is a big plus!
