Greet and assist clients with selecting the perfect vehicle Demonstrate that vehicle and test drive with clients Follow up with all sold and unsold clients Field incoming client phone opportunities Assist clients with the vehicle purchase process Ensure clients know how to operate the vehicle properly upon taking delivery Provide customers with the best experience to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business Qualifications – Sales Consultant /
Product Specialist:
Positive attitude! Strong work ethic and motivation! People skills Prior automotive sales experience is preferred but is not necessary.
