Job SummaryEstablish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/orcurrent owners. Articulate the benefits of traveling with WyndhamDestinations. Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energyenvironment. Essential Job Responsibilities Conduct face-to-facepresentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers located at oneof our award-winning resorts. Find commonality with prospectiveand/or current owners. Communicate the benefits of traveling withWyndham Destinations. Generate sales through initializingtransactions and utilizing proper closing techniques. Leads areprequalified and provided by the company. Attend ongoing, advancedsales and career training. Responsibilities include, but are notlimited to: Effectively present and deliver sales presentation inaccordance with all company policies, compliance standards andregulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals(80% time) Attend all scheduled training sessions, departmentmeetings, keep current on sales information and materials, keepcurrent on industry trends, and set and review performance goalsweekly, monthly and annually. (20%) Travel Requirements No travelrequired outside of the home site’s area. Minimum Requirements andQualifications 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience ispreferred, not required. Must maintain production standards. Musthave the applicable real estate and/or timeshare license or theability to obtain one. Education High School Diploma or equivalentis required. Training requirements Initial Paid Training, coveringour sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of thesale. Knowledge and skills Needs to be able to overcome objectionsand perform within a short, luxury sales cycle. Must be energetic,outgoing and tenacious. Technical Skills General smart deviceskills. Job experience 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketingexperience is preferred, not required. Experience equivalent to theeducation requirement may be accepted in lieu of the educationrequirement.
