As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the purchasing process, providing exceptional service, and building lasting relationships. Your expertise in automotive sales and market trends will be essential in helping clients find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. Duties Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and options to potential buyers. Manage the sales pipeline effectively to ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction. Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer trust. Maintain accurate inventory control by tracking vehicle availability and status. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall dealership performance. Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and new product releases in the automotive industry. Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred. Strong mathematical skills for calculating payments, financing options, and trade-in values. Proficient organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
