Field Sales Representative Position Overview Are you ready to launch into an exciting new position in the Memphis market that will become the foundation for a large national sales team? OSL is one of the nation’s largest and fastest growing sales companies and we are looking for an experienced sales team member to grow with us. The successful candidate will grow with us in our credit card sales program featuring the Kroger credit card. Our ideal candidate is a confident, inspiring, and accountable person who can work independently as well as in a team environment in our field sales organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively approach customers to inquire about credit card solutions inside one of America’s largest grocers (this will be an in-store/on-site position) Start conversations by approaching customers inside the store and provide a stellar customer service experience with everyone you encounter Work with a tablet to complete customer credit card applications Optimize sales execution through a structured and standardized approach Grow the business by achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED, post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Management or related fields is an asset Must be 18 years of age or older A car and must be open to drive at least 20 miles from home A positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times Solid sales or retail experience (an asset, but not required) Ability to walk up to 10,000 steps a day comfortably
