Position Summary The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for gaining new business within an assigned territory. The role will receive, act upon, and close warm customer leads from different sources, including inbound calls, internal lead sources, and/or digital channels. In addition, the position will expand on sales of products and services with the company’s existing customer base. The Inside Sales Coordinator will conduct pre-sales activities to gain understanding of the customer’s needs and prepare for the sales call. This includes gathering appropriate marketing material and pricing plans, identifying customer needs and interests to determine the best sales strategy, and identifying potential objections with plans to address during the sales call. Responsibilities Acquire new, profitable business to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Identify and qualify leads through research, cold calling, and lead source generation/digital marketing an online sales. Manage prospects throughout the sales cycle, nurturing relationships and converting leads into new customers. Utilize Navusoft CRM daily, scheduling and documenting all sales activities. Develop detailed customer profiles to facilitate effective sales conversations. Negotiate and close business by effectively communicating Home Town’s unique value proposition and overcoming objections. Manage post-sale administrative tasks to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience. Stay current on market trends and competitor activities to anticipate customer needs. Meet regularly with the Sales Leader to review weekly activity and opportunities. Develop in-depth industry and company knowledge to achieve targeted revenue goals and contribute to overall company objectives. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and seamless services while also exercising time management and task prioritization. Answer incoming calls and internet leads from prospective customers to explain services and products offered while providing additional service offerings. Finalizes sales agreements with specific actions outlined and commitments for next steps. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Conducts post-sale administrative work to ensure product/service implementation is successful Other duties as assigned by manager / supervisor. Be a brand ambassador for Greenmark, driving a culture of excellence and true partnership with team members and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Education and Experience Education High school diploma or GED (accredited) required 2+ years of relevant and call center experience Strong negotiation skills

Outlook Software Skills Hours:
