Pay starts at $17.00

• $20.00 per hour , depending on experience. Typical work schedule is 8:00am
• 5:00pm, Monday
• Friday.

Job responsibilities include:

Make outbound calls to set appointments with prospective customers Receive inbound calls from customers Provide support to customers, handle inquiries Learn permitting process and requirements for permitting Submit all HOA applications and follow up as they progress In-house process for new contracts Use industry specific software to produce materials list Enter estimates and sales orders in Quick-books Submit invoices for payment Process payments
