Order Handling and Processing Turn in all contracts/orders promptly, properly signed and filled out completely and legibly Planning Create a written daily, weekly and monthly activity plans Maintain a database to follow up on any sales opportunities developed Territory Marketing Initiate outbound phone calls to defined prospects and/or inquiry customers Create/Maintain target prospect lists Provide telemarketing sales assistance to field personnel to support field sales efforts Customer Service and Support Initiate follow up phone calls to ensure that all services are being delivered as agreed and that the customer is completely satisfied Periodically call on each customer ensure satisfaction and to obtain referrals Report and/or handle all complaints Provide phone/administrative assistance to Department Managers to ensure that all jobs are performed efficiently by field personnel. General Sales and Management Attend sales meetings Understand and apply, where necessary, all bulletins and communications Follow managements directives Experience in sales on the phone with professional phone etiquette. Great at Closing. Able to handle high volume out bound calling. Being able to work in a fast-paced environment; Driven, highly efficient and responsible. Sales experience required.
