Inside Sales Specialist

We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist for our Cordova, TN market and surrounding areas to join our winning team. General Purpose:
Customer Service skills are a must. Contact homeowners by telephone within 72 hours of their sales appointment to follow up and ensure that a quote was provided. Educate customers on our services and products and answer questions.
Job Responsibilities:
-Customer Follow-Up Contact homeowners within 72 hours of their sales appointment.
Confirm professionalism, punctuality, and that a quote was provided.
Learn why they didn’t move forward and document those objections.
Nurture our customer pipeline by checking in on past customers and building long-term relationships –
Engage & Educate:
Speak to customer concerns with confidence and empathy.
Reinforce the value of ContractingPRO’s offerings.
Educate homeowners on additional services (roofing, siding, windows, showers). –
Sales & Lead Nurturing:
Work to close the deal during the call when possible.
Schedule follow-ups or revisits for warm leads.
Maintain a sense of urgency and customer focus in every interaction. –
Reporting & Feedback:
Track no-sale reasons and provide reports on common trends.
Communicate insights to the sales and marketing teams for improvement. –
Customer Experience:
Ensure every lead feels respected, heard, and valued — regardless of outcome.
