Summary We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Critical Edge. This role is crucial for driving sales growth by establishing strong relationships with clients across the Southern United States. You will play a key role in promoting our cutting-edge security solutions and contributing to our mission of enhancing safety and security for our customers. Responsibilities Develop and manage a sales territory to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their security needs. Present and demonstrate Critical Edge’s products and services effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions. Utilize CRM for tracking sales activities and accounts. Requirements Team first attitude. Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the technology, government or public safety sector(s). Strong territory management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients. Aptitude with consistently maintaining regular CRM updates is a must. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
