Our team helps turn visions into reality, and we’re looking for someone who can confidently represent our brand in the field.
What You Do:
Develop and grow sales in an assigned territory Build lasting relationships with builders, remodelers, contractors, developers, and architects Convert prospects into repeat customers by offering real value Promote our wide range of products and custom capabilities Stay on top of customer needs and provide tailored solutions Represent Gates at trade shows and industry events
What You Bring:
3+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in building materials or construction Strong communication and relationship-building skills A consultative, solution-based selling approach Self-motivation, professionalism, and reliability Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and industry software
