Position Summary As a Plumbing Comfort Advisor , you’ll help homeowners find the best plumbing solutions for their homes. Whether it’s upgrading to a tankless water heater, repiping aging systems, or installing water filtration, you’ll guide customers through their options, explain benefits, and close sales with confidence and integrity. Your consultative approach and technical understanding will help clients make smart, long-term decisions—earning their trust and loyalty. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who values relationships, enjoys solving problems, and thrives in a people-first culture. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations for plumbing replacement and upgrade services Assess plumbing systems and recommend solutions based on customer needs and goals Provide clear, compelling proposals that outline the scope of work and value Educate homeowners on products such as tankless water heaters, filtration systems, repipes, and more Close sales professionally and in alignment with company values and pricing standards Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and continued support Collaborate with plumbing technicians and office staff for smooth handoffs and installations Maintain accurate records using ServiceTitan or other tools Attend ongoing product and sales training to stay informed and sharp Qualifications 2+ years of experience in plumbing sales or related in-home plumbing & remodeling sales Familiarity with plumbing systems and terminology preferred Strong communication and active listening skills Proven ability to build trust and close deals through consultative selling Self-motivated with excellent organization and follow-through Tech-savvy and comfortable using tablets, proposal software, and mobile apps Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends What We Offer Competitive commission base pay + uncapped commission Company-provided vehicle, gas card, and mobile devices Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Ongoing training and career growth opportunities A supportive, family-style work environment The chance to represent a respected name in the
